Our Services

The Center for Reproductive Medicine and Robotic Surgery (CRMRS) — also known as GoFertility — is a nationally recognized fertility clinic providing exemplary patient care at our St. Louis-located office. We are conveniently located in Creve Coeur, which is about a 15-minute drive from St. Louis Lambert International Airport. He is also certified as a robot surgeon and is a national proctor who trains doctors in robot-assisted gynecological procedures. With his clinical, laboratory and research expertise, Dr. Jacob understands infertility from all angles and is uniquely positioned to treat patients with complex issues.

Endometriosis and Infertility

Up to 60 percent of infertile women have endometriosis, an often-painful condition in which the uterus’s lining grows outside the uterus in unwanted areas. While some patients don’t show symptoms, those who do can have debilitating pelvic pain, cramping and excessive bleeding typically linked to menstrual cycles.

Dr. Jacob and our team have dedicated themselves to researching and treating endometriosis, including advanced stages of the condition. Dr. Jacob is one of the few infertility specialists in the country to conduct the ultrasounds, as almost universally an ultrasound tech completes this task. In doing so and enabling patients to see exactly what he sees; Dr. Jacob can make real-time diagnoses and catch problems technicians may miss.

Female Infertility Services

In-vitro fertilization (IVF) paired with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is the industry standard for treating infertility and a procedure GoFertility specializes in. Dr. Jacob and our team additionally provide ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination. These offerings can treat females who have endometriosis, fibroids, ovulation disorders or more.

Male Infertility Services

Male infertility is a factor for about 30 to 40 percent of infertile couples. We provide males high-tech treatments including ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) — a process in which a single sperm is selected by our embryologists before injection into a mature egg — which promotes the best chance of successful fertilization. GoFertility additionally offers PESA and TESA with sperm being collected directly from the testis in a minimally invasive, inexpensive procedure.
